Adam - managing director A successful businessman with a passion for figures and finance, Mark is the managing director and founder of numbers nerds. It was after owning a chain of cafés that he realised what he loved most about running businesses - creating effective financial systems and crunching numbers. His extensive experience dealing with HMRC and tax matters also allowed him to spot a major gap in the small business market for a reliable firm that could take on all the cumbersome paperwork that goes with sorting taxes, payroll and basic bookkeeping.

Rob - management accountant Robin is a qualified accountant and ex-finance director with over 20 years experience. He is passionate about making numbers useful for small business and loves working with Xero because it simplifies the mundane and makes information realtime. Numbers Nerds Secret: Robin scored 99% on his Bookkeeping GCSEs.  Despite this, Robin still prefers talking to clients than being behind a computer screen.

Petter - administrative assistant Alireza is originally from London but studied Accounting and Finance at De Montfort University in Leicester. He is currently working towards an ACCA accreditation. In his spare time Ali enjoys football, badminton and relaxing in the evenings while playing Fifa on his xbox.

Become a certified nerd! Maz is originally from Tanzania, East Africa. Maz migrated to UK in 2002 where he qualified as ACCA in 2006. One Maz’s main interest is tax planning and saving which ensures that he is constantly studying and is up to date in this field. Maz likes to say that he works with clients rather than for clients because he believe that together they can achieve a lot more. In his spare time he enjoys D.I.Y, hiking, adventurous trips and playing squash.
